Kung Fu Panda Part 4: Review

The budget of Kung Fu Panda Part 4 is 85 million dollars. They didn’t make a movie; they made a time machine! I have come back after time travelling, and it was a bit of a bumpy journey, so now I will explain if this is worth watching for you or not.

First of all, let’s talk about the action. Within the 3 parts of Kung Fu Panda, they explored so many types of action. The action pattern is like very fast-paced action that then slowly becomes slow motion, and we get that kick! We see it repeating in every part, and it’s also in this part 4 as well, but bringing innovation to it, showing us new things. Especially in this movie, the chase scenes are really good, whether someone is catching the panda, or the panda is catching someone.

The story is very simple. The panda (Ping Xiao Po) is a kung fu warrior, but the world is not ready to accept it. Everyone makes fun of him. But when he does not listen to Master Sifu, he does something messy or the other, and this has created a big scandal, due to which the main villain of this movie, who can take different forms and change to any character, emerges. This villain takes the form of every villain from every movie of Kung Fu Panda. Now, the panda (Ping Xiao Po) has to fight with all the villains. In short, it’s like Kung Fu Panda’s Avengers Endgame. In the climax, you will get to see an epic battle with General Kai, Master Bull, and especially Tai Lung.

The second strong point of the movie is comic timing. For example, a very serious scene is going on, talking about a very important thing, then everything becomes silent, and a punchline hits. Kung Fu Panda has mastered this form of comedy. The panda’s scenes are developed in a way that you will laugh for sure. But this strong point is the negative point of this movie because to create that nostalgia, they kind of overdid it. That’s why this movie is good, but still, the fans of Kung Fu Panda have rated this movie below every other 3 parts of Kung Fu Panda. But I will oppose that. This movie is an experience for action lovers; it feels like a high graphics video game while watching the fighting scenes. I would like to give this movie a rating of 8/10. This is only a 1.30-hour movie. You will not get bored in this movie; you will enjoy it for sure. If you are not a hardcore Kung Fu Panda fan, if you have kids, then it’s a must-watch for your kids as well
